Advances in modern technology and production technologies allow for a much greater diversification of the complex of water procedures, the introduction of new functions and material properties. Thanks to them, even simple bathing can turn into a real pleasure. One of the latest types of pool production technology is rapidly gaining popularity - composite pools.

What is a composite?

The word "composite" (Latin for "composite") began to be used in industry and technology as early as the end of the 19th century, when research and production of composite materials began to create lighter and stronger structures and give materials unique properties.

A composite is a composite material composed of two or more layers of different materials which, when separated, do not have the properties that they acquire together. Traditional composite materials include fiberglass, carbon fiber, ceramics, wood, plastics, metals, epoxy resin, and more. Fiberglass composites and ceramic composites are common in the production of modern swimming pools.

Properties of composite pools

Exceptional durability and strong construction, impeccably resistant to cold, air changes and temperature fluctuations. A special layer of gel creates a shiny surface layer on the pool body. Extremely resistant to long-term exposure to chloride and its compounds and to the sun's UV rays.

The construction of the pool is reinforced with a metal frame, which ensures the strength and durability of the pool body. The composite pool is insulated with a layer of polyurethane, which effectively saves the housing and significantly reduces heat loss, and thus its operating costs.

Fiberglass pools and ceramic pools are perfect for Lithuanian seasonal climatic conditions. As a rule, it only takes a few days to install and connect the pool to the site.

Purpose of composite pools

Pools of this type are quite versatile and suitable for most construction and water facilities: private pools, small public pools, sports and wellness centers, rehabilitation clinics, hotels, sanatoriums, spas, etc.
