It's electrolEasy! The new CHLORINSITU® IIa makes electrolysis simple. Our latest electrolysis system impresses through its extreme simplicity – whilst still maintaining a high degree of reliability and efficiency.
The CHLORINSITU® II is an open cell electrolysis system in which the electrochemical reaction takes place in a flow through the cell chamber, so that the freshly produced active chlorine immediately reacts with the sodium hydroxide to form sodium hypochlorite.
A saturated brine is used as a salt solution, which is produced in a separate salt dissolving tank from salt of a defined quality (biocidal directive). The advantage of an open cell electrolysis lies in the simple construction of the equipment, its ease of maintenance and low investment compared with membrane cell electrolysis systems.
The demand for a good swimming pool disinfection process has grown throughout the years to a very high standard. The comfort expected by your guests has become the higher standard and savings on energy and water are a positive contribution to the cost structure. Due to this movement increasing water quality has become a high point on the agenda. Undesired particles in the water are increasing and treatment technologies become more sophisticated in order to cope with the increased demands.
EVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY TECHNOLOGY
To meet up with requirements for extra savings the disinfection process does have to be optimal. We managed to decrease chloride and chlorate levels significantly without compromising the efficiency of the machine itself. Still, salt and electricity consumption are the lowest possible. If desired even pH correction can be done by the electrolyser. This means no more bleach and acid in your pool. Safe, reliable, environmentally friendly and comfortable.
