Delivery and return of goods
Delivery of goods is free throughout Lithuania (except the Curonian Spit), if the purchase amount is equal to or greater than 1000 Eur.
You can pick up the goods free of charge in our stores by choosing the delivery method "Pick up at the office"
When purchasing goods up to 1000 Eur, the delivery fee depends on the weight and size of the goods, choosing the delivery method "Pickup at the Pickup Point" or "Delivery by courier to the specified address". An additional fee of 18 Eur is applied for the delivery of parcels to the Curonian Spit.
Shipments are not delivered on weekends, orders are delivered within the next working day. The goods in the warehouse are usually delivered within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) to all Lithuanian cities - to your home, office or other specified place. Items with their estimated time of arrival are delivered 1-2 business days after arrival in the warehouse. Before delivering the goods, we will agree with you on the appropriate delivery time. We can deliver goods to other countries of the European Union for an additional fee. Attention: the goods can be picked up from the courier only by the person who placed the order or the person specified in the order or in the order notes. An identity document (passport, identity card or driving license) must be presented upon collection.
Possible delivery time: Working days 8.00 - 18.00, Saturday 8.00 - 14.00: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena. On working days 8.00 - 18.00 in other Lithuanian cities and areas.
You can track the status of the shipment by entering the shipment number (sent by e-mail when the item is shipped) in the field "search and tracking of shipments" at the top of the parcel service DPD page, you can also call the parcel service DPD customer service tel. +370 5 210 6777.
When picking up the goods from the courier, please check the packaging for damage (wet, torn, torn or otherwise externally damaged). If the packaging is damaged, the consignee must mark it in the consignment acceptance-transfer document. If this document is signed without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered intact.
Withdrawal of goods
The ordered goods can be picked up free of charge at the collection point at Veiverių st. 139, Kaunas. We will inform you about the possible collection time by phone specified in the order. If you do not notify and do not arrive to pick up the goods at the agreed time, it will be kept at the pick-up point for 3 working days, after which the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Fast withdrawal in Kaunas
Items marked with this mark will be ready for pickup on the same business day within 2-3 hours after placing the order by 12 noon. Return the ordered goods only after receiving information that your order is ready to be picked up. Pick-up time: I-IV 8.00-18.00, V 8.00-17.00.
Returns and Warranties Guarantees.
Warranty service of our goods is performed only by Hydropool LT service center in Kaunas.
Attention: the service to be contacted in case of product failure is indicated in the product purchase document, i. on the invoice. The product warranty is indicated in the detailed description of each product. We remind you that all electrical parts have a 1-year warranty, regardless of the warranty provided for the device. The warranty only applies if the consumer is not at fault for the fault. For warranty obligations, please contact the Hydropool LT service center directly.
Exchange or return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 697 (wording of Resolution No. 738 of 22.07.2014) approved by the "Retail Trade Rules". Return or exchange of defective goods. The rules of retail trade state that goods of unsatisfactory quality shall be exchanged for goods of appropriate quality and the goods shall be returned in the cases and under the conditions established in Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code. If you think that the product is of poor quality, deliver the product to the Hydropool LT service indicated in the purchase document. If the authorized service confirms that the product is of defective quality due to the manufacturer's fault, ie unidentified damage, damage, unchanged parts caused by the buyer's misuse, the serial number of the purchased and returned product coincides, etc., we undertake to replace the defective product with a suitable quality or return the money paid for the goods.
Return of quality goods.
The retail rules state that goods of suitable quality are exchanged or returned in the cases and under the conditions set out in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code "Exchange and return of goods" and Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code "Consumer right to withdraw from a distance and off-premises contract".
You can return a quality product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery if:
- The product is in neat, original packaging. The appearance of the packaging of the product has not changed significantly (no.damaged labels, peel-off protective films, etc., which do not need to be peeled off to inspect the product)
- The product has not been used and / or damaged. Electronic equipment is considered used if it has been switched on, activated and registered in the manufacturer's system, in which the warranty period has started to be calculated and other provided services have been activated.
- The product is complete with all documentation supplied by the manufacturer.
- You have a product purchase document. Quality goods cannot be returned if they are computer programs or goods that have been made to the buyer's individual order or are obviously tailored to him, as well as when purchased on behalf of a legal entity.
